LPN Requirements to Become an Nurse Aide Training Program Instructor:
Must hold an LPN License in good standing
Have a minimum of one year of licensed nursing experience
RN Requirements to Become a Nurse Aide Training Program Director:
Must hold an RN License in good standing
Have a minimum of two years experience in licensed nursing, of which at least one year must be in the provision of long term care services
Complete a Train the Trainer course that includes guidelines for Adult Education

Have a minimum of two years experience in licensed nursing, of which at least one year must be in the provision of long term care services
